Dr. Jennifer Ham knew at the ripe old age of nine that her dream was to become a veterinarian.
To that end, Dr. Ham attended Auburn University, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Zoology in 1999, followed by her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2003. She has spent the last twelve years loving being a small animal veterinarian in Birmingham. Dr. Ham is devoted to caring for dogs and cats, and their owners. She is passionate about developing a personal and trusting relationship with clients and is committed to taking the time to establish those relationships.
Although her roots are in Tuscaloosa, she makes it known that she is a huge Auburn fan and supporter! Outside of work, Dr. Ham loves Zumba, tennis, cooking, and spending time with her family. She is an active member of Alabaster First United Methodist Church, where she enjoys volunteering her time with the children's ministry, teaching Sunday school and the children's message. Dr. Ham is married to her husband, Rusty, has two children, Lily and Zach, and two dogs, Hank and Odie.
